ISCO’s organizational structure
consists of the Board of
Directors and the General
Manger. Operationally, ISCO has
five departments: the Software
Development Department, Customer
Services Department, Financial
and Administration Department,
Quality Assurance Department,
and Marketing and Public
Relations Department. The
Customer Service Department
comprises three main divisions:
one for Training and
Implementation, another for
Emergency Services and the last
one for Periodic maintenance.
ISCO has a carefully developed
and documented management system
that forms the basis of its
quality-oriented system. At the
heart of its ISO9001:2000
Certified system are ISCO’s
project management,
administrative and financial,
inspection and testing, and
auditing systems.
