This software system is based on AL-Shamel Financial System with  additional features especially designed for municipalities and LGU's like electricity and water meters readings,  the billing system, Compatibility with the accrual basis, modified  accrual basis and the cash basis.

  The system is applied by Belgian Technical Cooperation - BTC  in 11 LGUS in Tulkarem, Salfeet and Jerusalem such as : Deir al Ghusn, Attil, Kafr ad Dik, Abu dies, etc..

The system is applied in about 30 LGU's in the West Bank.
