and implement procedures for all
aspects of work in accordance
with fulfilling and exceeding
the requirements of ISO
9001:2000 standard. The
intention behind these
procedures is to direct ISCO

required duties and to provide
assurance that the work
undertaken by ISCO will achieve
fitness for purpose in every
service, by cost effective,
planned and systematic methods
that assess, determine, and
achieve service and software
quality.
